Jiangsu Hanbon Sci. & Tech Co., Ltd was established in 1998, which is a national key high-tech enterprise with the ability to R&D, manufacture and trade, focusing on the chromatography-related products. With the constant development and strength, HANBON has become the largest manufacturer and top brand of Preparative HPLC system in China.
Our main products are: DAC column, Preparative HPLC system, analitical HPLC system, ATEX system, SMB, SFC, medium and low pressure chromatography system and other related chromatography products. Among the products, DAC column is regarded as the best packing method in the world, and we have got the 1st patent of DAC column in China. Besides, both Prep HPLC system and SMB system range from lab scale, pilot scale to industrial scale.
Till now, the company has led and researching and developing almost 20 national, provincial and ministry level projects, possessing over 200 intellectual property rights achievements. Hanbon has established quality traceability system for the manufacturing process, which strictly manages and controls every segment of raw material purchase, manufacture, quality inspection, installation and after sales, guaranteeing the products conform fully to the requirements of GMP, cGMP, FDA and other related pharmaceutical laws and regulations. In addition, Hanbon has successfully passed ISO9001 Quality system certification, ISO14001 Environment system certification, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health system certification, EU CE certification and ATEX certification.
Currently, the company has over 180 employees, including 40 manufacturing people, 40 application chemists, 7 QA and QC personnals, rest of them are technical salespersons. Among them, there are 30 doctors and postgraduates, and the number of the employees who gets the college diploma account for 80% of the total staff.Hanbon successfully established “Jiangsu provincial Enterprise Academician workstation ”, “Jiangsu provincial Biological and Chemical Process Engineering Technology research center”, “Jiangsu provincial Industrial Preparative Chromatography technology engineering center ”, “Jiangsu provincial Enterprise Postgraduate workstation” and “Jiangsu provincial Post-Doctor Innovation and Practice base”. Moreover, the company has built a research and development team consisting of over 60 professional employees with the ability to purification technology, separation material, mechanical design and software control and other professions.
